A 1-day class focusing on the fundamental of the pour-over method. Ideally for participants who wanted to brew coffee at home, wanted to expand their coffee knowledge in the pour-over method (drip), or intended to open a slow bar coffee shop. You will learn about the main variables that influence the extraction, introduce basic equipment/ tools and how to use them correctly, learn brewing techniques, taste coffee, and calibrate to find the proper solutions for your cup.
Espresso Fundamental Class is an online class curated by P&F Coffee. This class aims to deliver all of the fundamental coffee knowledge necessary for your coffee journey. From the origin to the cup in your hands, coffee tasting, making coffee, maintenance/ choosing the machines, techniques, and useful tips before opening your coffee shop. Given class by P&F’s highly experienced instructors.
You will learn how to choose a suitable coffee machine and equipment for usage. Learn the techniques of making espresso and great coffee, the principle of coffee tasting. Then you can choose suitable coffee blends for your coffee shop. We’ll teach you the principle of making good frothing milk and pouring techniques. You’ll get almost 20 coffee recipes of hot, cold, and smoothie drinks which can be used to open the coffee shop immediately. Lastly, the maintenance of the coffee machine, useful tips and tricks.

Professional Barista is a 1.5 days class ideally for those who wanted to open the coffee shops and become a professional barista. Having no experience in coffee making is acceptable. You will learn about coffee knowledge holistically, how to make the perfect espresso shot, the basics of milk frothing, tasting and analyzing coffee, and making the hot/cold coffee menus. Also, this class includes technical aspects such as adjusting coffee grinders and the maintenance of the coffee machine. Lastly, this class offers you the business consulting and guiding for starting your coffee business.
Our Basic Barista is a 1 day short course for those who are interested in the art of coffee making and wanted to learn a basic barista skill. Prior knowledge is not required for this course. You will learn how to make the perfect espresso shot, the basics of milk frothing, tasting coffee, adjusting coffee grinders, making the hot/iced coffee.
Advanced Latte Art course is a higher level of latte art that focusing on the milk frothing skills. Participants must have prior basic latte art skills (be able to make heart, rosetta, and tulip patterns). It includes the understanding of milk chemistry behind producing great latte art. You will learn how to analyze and steam milk correctly in each texture as well as the techniques of making latte art. This class offers you time to learn and practice diverse higher level of latte art patterns such as wing tulip, swan, and 3 leaves in 1 cup.
The basic latte art skill or some barista experiences are required for this course. This course is a one day class that includes the understanding of milk chemistry behind producing great latte art. Also, you will learn techniques of how to pour milk properly and make signature latte art patterns such as heart, rosetta, and tulip — giving class by the expertise in the field who will give you the guidance, tips & tricks, and coffee knowledge.
